Rebecca Hueting

Rebecca Hueting Deep Blue Srl Lead Consultant Rebecca Hueting (F) holds a Master Degree in Architecture obtained in 2016 with a project thesis proposing an intermodal cableway hub for the city of L’Aquila. Deeply interested in mobility, spatial dynamics and human interaction with the environment. In 2015, she attended the 120hrs course for “Coordinators for safety and health matters” (Council Directive 92/57/EEC). Soon after graduation in March 2016, she followed the Master course in Ergonomics and Human Factors organised by SIE (Società Italiana di Ergonomia) to further develop universal and human-centred design skills. In May 2017 she joined Deep Blue, where she supports the scientific dissemination of European Projects. She has been involved in several projects dealing with user-centred mobility, optimization of transport and security (H2020, SESAR) such as IMPACT, MOTO, Mobility4EU, Hermeneut. Main tasks were related to the development of innovative products to support the dissemination of scientific results: 3D and VR (Virtual Reality) to demonstrate scenarios, interactive and gamified tools and motion graphics to raise awareness on projects’ results. She is currently involved in the RENAISSANCE H2020 project concerning sustainable renewable energy communities and INDIMO H2020 project about inclusive digital mobility. Paolo Rosa

Paolo Rosa Politecnico di Milano Assistant Professor Paolo Rosa, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Manufacturing Group of Politecnico di Milano, Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering. He got his Master of Science in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2009. He received his PhD in Economics and Management of Technologies at University of Pavia (Italy) in 2018. Currently, Paolo carries out his research at Politecnico di Milano, by focusing on circular business models, circular value chains, circular manufacturing, product end-of-life management and material criticality assessment. Besides his 15 years of product-oriented research activities and academic involvement, Paolo Rosa has also experience in coordinating (2) and managing on behalf of Politecnico di Milano (3) European research projects. Paola Tomasello Deep Blue Srl Lead Consultant Paola Tomasello is an Aviation Psychologist certified by the European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP) and a licensed Psychotherapist registered in Section A of the Register of Psychologists of Lazio (No. 16243, since 23 May 2008). With a background in Clinical Psychology and post-graduate specializations in Psychotherapy, Occupational Psychology and Sexology, she brings nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of mental health, human performance and safety-critical operations. Since 2011, she has served as Lead Consultant at Deep Blue, a research and consulting company specialized in human factors and safety. In this role, she coordinates and technically manages European projects on mental health and safety, promoting evidence-based policies to protect psychological well-being in safety-critical sectors. She was the Technical Lead of the MESAFE project, funded by European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), which developed recommendations to update European regulations on the aeromedical mental health assessment of pilots and air traffic controllers. Her expertise includes the design, delivery and evaluation of classroom and online training programmes on human behaviour and performance, teamwork, communication, fatigue, work-related stress, emergency psychology, and the impact of psychosocial factors on safety.
