Veronika Klara Takacs (F) is a work and organisational psychologist who earned her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. With over 12 years of experience in research, education, and consultancy, she specialises in teamwork, team communication, and performance in high-risk environments during both routine and non-routine operations. Before joining Deep Blue, she worked as a university researcher and lecturer, while also conducting research and consultancy in the nuclear industry. Across her projects, a central theme is supporting individuals and organisations in adapting to technological change and climate change-related challenges while maintaining high levels of safety, collaboration, and performance.
