Associate Professor
Rodrigo Roman Castro holds a Computer Engineering degree (2003) and a PhD in Computer Science (2008), both from the University of Málaga, where he is currently an Associate Professor. Dr Roman’s research focuses on cybersecurity for novel paradigms, such as the Internet of Things, the cloud-edge continuum, and artificial intelligence. He is personally and professionally interested in blockchain technologies and has integrated them into various aspects of his research. He has also directed courses on this topic for different user profiles, ranging from technical experts to end users.
