Chrystalleni Papadopoulou

Chrystalleni Papadopoulou serves as the Head of the Training, Research, and Personnel Certification Division at the Cyprus Certification Company Ltd. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master’s degree in Polymers Science and Technology (MSc). With more than fifteen years of professional experience, she has developed extensive expertise in the fields of certification and standardisation. Chrystalleni is the Coordinator of the Company’s European funded projects and has substantial experience in the management, implementation, and monitoring of EU-funded initiatives. She is a Management Systems Lead Auditor for internationally recognised standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EMAS, with specialisation in environmental management systems. In addition, she is an approved Greenhouse Gas Emissions Verifier, a CE marking assessor for products within the Building Sector and a Lead Assessor for educational and training programmes evaluated against legislative and other regulatory requirements. Furthermore, Chrystalleni is a certified Lead Trainer approved by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) of Cyprus, specialising in management systems, quality management, and environmental management. Her professional experience includes the design and development of training programmes, as well as the establishment and organisation of the company’s training Academy, which has been formally approved by the competent authority. She also actively contributes as a member of the auditor evaluation team, where she is responsible for mentoring, guiding, and assessing auditors during the approval process.
